Ordering, Payment, & Shipping

Ordering

We accept orders by email

To reduce the possibility of incorrect parts to the minimum please supply as much information as possible when ordering. Model, year, chassis and engine numbers, part number (if you know it) and part description.

* When placing orders or enquires please allow for a couple of days for us
to respond as we do this on a part time basis. Thankyou

Payment

All prices on this website are in Australian Dollars - we do not charge Australian GST (Goods and Service Tax) for our parts on overseas orders.    Exchange Rate Calculator (link provided for your convenience only)

Within Australia:

1) Payment can be made by cash

2) Australia Post Money Order

3) Transfer to our bank account - contact us for details

4) Pay Pal. Note that the transaction cost of this method will be passed onto the customer.

 

Outside Australia:

Please note that we do not accept Western Union Money Orders, Travelex or International Money Transfer, due to the high bank fees charged for clearance (up to 50% in some cases!).

 

Shipping

 

International orders will be sent by Economy (Airmail) parcel post - you can check the rates and expected delivery times to anywhere in the world at Australia Post.

 

All Parcels over $100 in value sent to USA, Europe, and some other destinations will be insured at buyers expense. Insurance is not available for parcels sent to Canada, so all goods are sent at the buyers risk.

 

Within Australia orders will be usually sent by Australia Post  All orders will be insured at buyers expense unless otherwise agreed.

Terms and Conditions of Sale

Sale of parts

  • Almost all genuine Husqvarna parts supplied are New Old Stock. That means they have been sitting on the shelf for up to 38 years.
  • Painted parts, such as frames, fork legs, engine castings etc. may have faded, chipped, scratched or worn paint finishes. For show quality restorations they are to be considered as needing repainting.
  • Plated parts may have some tarnishing or minor corrosion
  • Unfinished parts may have some slight surface rust
  • We will do our best to accurately describe the condition of all the parts that we have for sale.

    Shipping of parts

  • We take no responsibility for parts lost during shipping
  • All international orders will be insured at buyers expense unless otherwise agreed.

    Return of parts
    We will accept the return of parts incorrectly ordered from us (you asked for the wrong part number, wrong year model etc) provided that:

  • The goods are returned in the condition in which they were supplied
  • freight is paid by you

    • Credit for the parts will be paid, less a 20% restocking and handling fee

    Returned parts from outside Australia are to labeled on Customs Declarations as 'Parts returned for Credit' and be sent to:
